Custom Sublimation Print Orders

At A&K Designs adn Creations LLC, we strive to
provide our customers with high-quality custom products that meet their unique
needs and preferences. As custom orders are personalized and tailored to each
individual, we understand that occasional issues may arise. This refund policy
for custom orders outlines the guidelines and procedures for requesting a
refund. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your custom
order.
1. Eligibility for
Refunds:
1.1. Non-conformity of
Specifications: If the custom product you receive does not match the
specifications provided during the order placement process, you may be eligible
for a refund or replacement. Note that we print what you send. We will not be held liable for faulty
supplied files. Be sure to educate yourself regarding file sizing and file
resolution
1.2. Defects or Damage: If your custom product arrives damaged or with
manufacturing defects, you may be eligible for a replacement. We make every
reasonable effort to package your transfers so that they will not be damaged in
transit.
1.3. Cancellation Before
Production: If you decide to cancel your custom order before the production
process begins, you may be eligible for a refund. However, please note that if
production has already started, a partial refund may or may not be offered,
depending on the progress made. That decision will be made on a case-by-case
basis.
2. Non-Eligibility
for Refunds:
2.1. Customer Error: We cannot
offer refunds for custom products if the issue is a result of incorrect information,
or specifications provided by the customer during the order placement process.
2.2. Change of Mind: As custom
orders are personalized; we cannot offer refunds for changes of mind or
dissatisfaction with design choices after the order has been completed and
delivered.
2.3. Delayed Shipping: Delays in
shipping caused by external factors, such as courier/shipping services, weather
conditions, or unforeseen events, are not eligible for refunds.
3. Refund Process:
3.1. Reporting the Issue: If you
believe your custom product is eligible for a refund based on the criteria
mentioned in Section 1, please contact our customer support team at mejivent@outlook.com
as soon as possible or within [5 days] of receiving the product.
3.2. Providing Evidence: To
initiate the refund process, you will be required to provide clear photographs
or videos demonstrating the non-conformity, defect, or damage of the custom
product.
3.3. Review and Evaluation: Our
team will carefully review the evidence provided and assess the eligibility for
a refund based on the criteria outlined in this policy.
3.4. Resolution Options: If your
refund request is approved, you will have the following resolution options:
a) Full Refund:
Receive a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
b) Replacement:
Request a replacement for the custom product with the correct specifications or
without defects.
4. Timeframe for Refunds:
4.1. Processing Time: Once your
refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 days.
4.2. Receipt of Refund: The time
it takes for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending
on your payment method and financial institution.
